Pool Pad Partner 'TO DO' List
Pool Pad Partner is build around the Altium Nanoboard 3000, which provides a plethora of peripherals as well as additional logic to build and implement new features to the Pool Pad Partner system. This list represents several new features being considered to be added to the system.
RS485 communications to the Pentair Intelliflo VS pump
Using the RS485 interface, we want to control the pump's speed for;
- SOLAR WINDOW: Solar dumps (low speed)
- BACKWASH WINDOW: Backwashing filter cleaning (high speed)
- OUTLETS: Water feature effects (high speed)
- INLETS: Vacuum Cleaning (medium speed)
- TIMER: Night hours operation (low speed)
Web (TCP/IP) connectivity through the Ethernet Port
Using the wired ethernet port we want to make available an identical copy of the operator's screen available for use from the web.
Setting standard operating parameters
Using the RF remote control, we want to add addition setting options for;
- POOL PUMP WINDOW: Set RPM's (relies on RS485 link to be implemented)
- CHLORINATOR WINDOW: Set the PPM function
- TIMER WINDOW: ON and OFF times for both timers
- BACKWASH WINDOW: Set Sand Filter Cleaning Trigger Pressure
- SOLAR WINDOW: Set Solar Trigger Pressure
LCD Touch Screen capability
Using the built in capability of the 7" LCD touch screen display we hope to implement touch screen control for all Pool Pad functions.
